Space is limited to 30 students. All students are encouraged to apply early to secure a place. Application materials must be submitted by the Priority Deadline of February 15, 2008 (After this date, students will be admitted if there are still vacancies.)

Application Form (1 page PDF)
$100.00 non-refundable application fee
Teacher's recommendation
Labeled VHS or DVD with two contrasting pieces or movements. International students please send a DVD or a CD (no VHS please).

Financial Aid Form (2 page PDF)
Scholarships are based on artistic merit and financial need. Fill out form for consideration.
