Priority Application Deadline: February 15, 2008 (After this date, students will be admitted if there are still vacancies.)

Nonrefundable application fee: $100 (This is a separate charge and not part of the tuition cost.)

Notification of Acceptance: April 7, 2008 (or a week after application if after Priority Application Deadline)

Total Fees Due: April 21, 2008 (or a week after notice of acceptance)

Registration: Sunday, July 20, 2008, 2-4pm

Tuition: $2200 (includes Room & Board)

Prelude Music Academy's 2008 summer camp will be housed at the Bishop O'Connor Center in Madison, Wisconsin.  Overlooking the west side of Madison, the facility boasts practice rooms, classrooms, a 350-seat recital hall, dining hall and dorm rooms.  It also has a gymnasium, Olympic-sized swimming pool and a baseball diamond where students will be able to relax and enjoy some planned extra curricular activities.

Tuition includes housing and three catered meals daily. The dorm rooms sleep one student per room and each has a private bathroom.

The camp is structured to accommodate two individual lessons a week and students will be expected to practice three hours daily on their own, in addition to their rigorous class and rehearsal schedules.  Choir, drama and movement, Dalcroze Eurhythmics, and Tai Chi are also integral components of the Prelude program.  Counselors and teachers will supervise and assist the students. 

The final concert will be held at the Overture Center.
